• Shower reglazing and resurfacing
• Sink reglazing (kitchen and bathroom)
• Tile reglazing and refinishing
• Countertop reglazing and resurfacing
• Jacuzzi tub reglazing
• Other surface refinishing services

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found during inspection or service. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work differs from the initial assessment.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Additional fees may apply for rush services or after-hours work
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card, and electronic payment

Scheduling and Appointments

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time.

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful completion of services, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the surfaces to be refinished
• Ensure clear access to work areas
• Remove personal items from work areas
• Provide adequate ventilation during and after service
• Allow surfaces to cure for the recommended time period before use
• Follow all care and maintenance instructions provided
• Ensure pets and children are kept away from work areas during service and curing period

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer the following warranties:

• 2-year warranty on most reglazing services (excluding kitchen sinks)
• 6-month warranty on kitchen sink reglazing due to high heat exposure
• Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
• Warranty is void if surfaces are damaged by improper use, abrasive cleaners, or failure to follow care instructions
• Warranty requires proof of service and is non-transferable

Limitations and Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or improper maintenance
• Damage from impact, scratches, or abuse
• Color variations due to natural aging or exposure to sunlight
• Structural defects in the original surface
• Damage from plumbing leaks or water intrusion
• Normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period

Liability Limitations

Simply Reglaze and Pasadena Reglazing shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to surfaces or surrounding areas not disclosed prior to service
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services
• Delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control
• Damage to surfaces resulting from improper use or maintenance after service completion

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Health and Safety

Reglazing involves the use of professional-grade materials and equipment. For your safety:

• Work areas must be well-ventilated during and after service
• Customers and pets should remain clear of work areas during application
• Surfaces must not be used until fully cured (typically 24-48 hours)
• Strong odors are normal and will dissipate with proper ventilation
• We use low-VOC products when possible and follow all safety regulations

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Simply Reglaze and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Customer Photos and Testimonials

By providing photos or testimonials, you grant us permission to use them for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and promotional materials. We will not share your personal contact information without your consent.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, parties may pursue mediation before initiating legal action.

Severability
